Suite à l’obtention de l’autorisation de la Commission Européenne au titre du contrôle des concentrations et des autorisations de la Banque Centrale Européenne, de l’ACPR et de la BaFin, la BFCM annonce avoir réalisé le 20 juillet 2016 l’acquisition des activités de leasing et d’affacturage de General Electric en France et en Allemagne.

Ces activités seront conduites en Allemagne sous le nom de « Targo Commercial Finance » et en France respectivement sous les noms de « CM-CIC Leasing Solutions » et « Factofrance ».

BFCM (Crédit Mutuel Group) completes the acquisition of General Electric’s leasing and factoring business in France and Germany

Further to the approvals by the European Commission, the European Central Bank, ACPR and BaFin, BFCM announces having completed the acquisition of General Electric’s leasing and factoring businesses in France and Germany on 20^th July 2016.

The leasing and factoring businesses in Germany will be operated under the name “Targo Commercial Finance” and in France respectively under the names “CM-CIC Leasing Solutions” and “Factofrance”.
