Roles and functions

As a Business Client Advisor, you will be responsible for developing, managing and retaining a portfolio of business clients, ensuring risks are controlled and profitability maximised. You will be the main point of contact for business clients (artisans, merchants, the self-employed, SMEs and microbusinesses, etc.) for all banking-related matters. You will be responsible for meeting all your clients’ needs and resolving any issues (account operations, payment methods, savings, financing) and for growing business by selling products and services to existing and potential clients.

You may hold any of the following positions:
