TP Chargé de clientèle de particuliers
(Personal Client Advisor) – Level 6

The Chargé de clientèle de particuliers (Personal Client Advisor) professional certificate/title (Titre Professionnel) meets the need for banking and insurance institutions to recruit client advisors who can provide specialist advice to retail clients. It differs from the CQP for Wealth Management Advisors (Conseiller en gestion de patrimoine - RNCP 38614), which specifically involves a high-net-worth clientele.

The digital transformation, combined with stricter banking regulations, have necessitated an update to the reference framework for activities, skills and certification assessment, making certification all the more relevant for employees with a certain level of seniority.

The Chargé de clientèle de particuliers (Personal Client Advisor) professional certificate/title (Titre Professionnel) can open up new career opportunities both within our industry branch and throughout the entire banking sector, and is open to candidates recruited from other banks via Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) pathways. It also strengthens the branch’s appeal, particularly among young professionals, by enabling them to obtain a recognised certification.
